What’s your approach to fashion and food? “Front of closet”. As a fashion designer, I really want my clothes to be effortless – pieces that you grab every day because you love it so much. I approach my recipes in the same way – easy, delicious, full of flavor, and of course pretty to look at. Recipes you can make any day of the week.
What food event are you most excited about right now? Blue Moon Burger Bash at the New York City Food and Wine Festival.
What’s your happiest food memory? Making wontons with my grandmother.
What’s something food-related you want to own? La Cornue stove range in graphite gray with brass accents.
What do you cook… before a big fashion event? Radicchio salad with a brown butter sort of vinaigrette
