What’s your happiest food memory? Having a big family picnic and eating stuffed rice cakes at my grandparents’ grave site at the Korean Harvest Moon Festival.
What would you be if you weren’t a chef? A stage actress, a comedian (that’s Ji Hye’s childhood dream!), a food historian, or a food writer.
If you could travel to any place and time for a food adventure, where would you go? 1600’s Macau.
