Where is it?
Opened on March 18, the world’s first Phillips Cafe is located at the auction house’s Asia headquarters in Hong Kong’s West Kowloon Cultural District. Boasting a balcony that overlooks M+ and Artist Square, the cafe interiors are designed by award-winning studio LAAB Architects. You’ll find floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of natural light, and screens showing live streams of global auctions.
What’s in it?
Enjoy breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea here, with light bites such as French butter croissant, smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, classic Caesar salad, and heartier dishes like roasted chicken leg with broccoli and mashed potato or braised Chinese e-fu noodles. During Hong Kong’s Art Week,the menu may also feature a chocolate and passion fruit cake and other specialty items.
