Lick Me I’m Delicious: a Fun Company that Makes Delightful Food Inventions

IMAGES & VIDEOS: LICK ME I’M DELICIOUS

Lick Me I’m Delicious isn’t a food or sex brand, but a company known for its quirky experiences and rentable food inventions by the company’s founder Charlie Harry Francis.

The award-winning modern-day Willy Wonka likes sleeping under trees and making soup in washing machines. He started the company in 2011 when he created the Nitro Parlour – a machine that uses a liquid nitrogen injection system to make instant ice cream for up to 1,500 people.

Over the years, Lick Me I’m Delicious has wowed the F&B world with its levitating cocktail machine (2014), a Viagra Ice Cream called Arousal (2014), and much more.

Our favorite collections

Nitro Buggy, 2012

This ice cream making buggy is slow but safe, travels indoors and out, comes with two nitro ice cream chefs, and makes hundreds of custom flavors for up to 1,000 people.

Edible Fragrance Factory, 2016

Our favorite kind of perfume is one you can sniff and lick. Spray and find out if it’s a spritz of mint, nectar, or pickled onion.

Bubble Volcano, 2017

A cascading volcano that lets you catch edible bubbles in your mouth. They come in whatever flavors you want, including banoffee pie, mint choc chip, black pepper, pina colada, and a 12-year single malt whisky.

Balloon Factory, 2019

Helium balloons that float on tasty strings. Eat the entire thing and you’ll be talking like Donald Duck.

Francis and his team will also soon be launching a brand-spanking new Nitro Ice Pop maker. “Think refreshing, smooth frozen popsicles made in-front of your very eyes,” he says. They’ve come up with some very clever lighting solutions to make this dual-stationed machine look amazing with liquid nitrogen pouring out of it, from which they extract delicious frozen pops. “And yes, they can be boozy pops,” says Francis. They also have another invention – an interactive confectionary waterfall – in the pipeline. “This second invention has been our dream for a good eight years now, so we’re delighted it’s currently in production! We really can’t tell you too much…otherwise we’d have to kill you!” He says.
