What food event are you most excited about right now? Natural Products Expo in Anaheim, California. I get to try new samples and connect with brands that I work with at this event.
What’s something people don’t talk enough about when it comes to food? Respecting people’s food choices. Food is deeply personal and individual, and somebody’s food choice depends on so much more than just preferences. It can be affected by factors like health, conditioning, and culture. I think that respect for other people’s food and food choices is really important.
