Want a good looking dinner? Then head to the Sofitel Singapore City Centre.
On September 7, the hotel’s French-Singaporean restaurant, Racines, launched a new menu by their new Director of Culinary and Beverage, Isaac Henry.
At first glance, you may think these new dishes look like photos from a fashion magazine. But hey, they’re actually edible! So, ogle and savor these cleverly deconstructed food items, which double as creative visual art. For example, a mushroom velouté is presented on a chess board, while prawns served with biryani rice are arranged on a golden bib.
So if you’re in Singapore anytime soon, book a table at Racines at Level 5, Sofitel Singapore City Centre, 9 Wallich Street, Singapore, +65 6428 5000, and enjoy a feast for the senses.
